Arraignment set for Green Bay man charged with making terrorist threats, cash bond conditions modified

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Thomas Miller, 62, who is accused of making multiple threats toward a business on Oneida Street had his cash bond conditions modified during a recent status conference.
Court records show that Miller, who is from Green Bay, appeared in court on May 31 for a status conference.

Judge Timothy Hinkfuss modified the bond conditions to have Miller get a mobile SCRAM device installed while he is out of the state. Miller signed a cash bond of $10,000 on March 1.
Miller is due back in court for an arraignment on July 8 at 9 a.m.

Court records show that an attorney appeared in court for Thomas Miller and the present bond was continued.
Miller is scheduled to be back in court on May 31 at 10:30 a.m. for another status conference.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The 62-year-old Green Bay man accused of making multiple threats toward a business on Oneida Street was in court on Monday and a date has now been set for a status conference.
Court records show that Thomas Miller appeared in court on April 15 for his adjourned initial appearance and that his time limit has been waived.
Miller has posted a $10,000 bail as well as had a GPS and SCRAM device installed. He is expected to be back in court on May 21 for a status conference.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The 62-year-old Green Bay man accused of making multiple threats toward a business on Oneida Street was in court on Thursday for an initial appearance.
Court records show that Thomas Miller appeared in court via video without an attorney and was instructed to not have contact with or be within 1,000 feet of the threatened business.
Miller has posted a $10,000 bail as well as had a GPS and SCRAM device installed. He is expected to be back in court on April 15 for an adjourned initial appearance.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A Green Bay man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly made multiple threats toward a business on Oneida Street.
According to a criminal complaint obtained by Local 5, 62-year-old Thomas Miller was arrested after allegedly making threats towards a business in Green Bay. On February 28, authorities were sent to a restaurant on South Oneida Street for a harassment call.
A man was reportedly calling the restaurant and making threats to bomb the business, according to the complaint. The owner told authorities that the man, identified as Miller, made comments about a bomb and used profanities.

The complaint also mentions that Miller had allegedly made threats back on February 20 and that officers cited Miller and ‘no trespassed’ him from the business.
The owner also told authorities that she was concerned because it was the second time that Miller had allegedly made threats.
Authorities went to Miller’s home address, but there was no answer at the door. Authorities then called him and Miller reportedly admitted to making the call to the business. He also said that he was ‘very serious’ with what he said regarding the business, according to the complaint.
Miller later told an officer that they had a week to close the business down or ‘he was going to override’ the officer. Authorities spoke to a family member of Miller who said that he did not have any mental health issues.
The complaint says that Miller eventually threatened an officer over the phone. Miller reportedly said that he ‘knew all the judges’ and the officer had a week to ‘do what the officer needed to do.’
Eventually, authorities were able to contact Miller in person where he said that he was very angry and that he would ‘take care of it himself’ and send a bulldozer to the business.
Miller was eventually arrested and had a preliminary breath test reading of .118. The complaint did not state which restaurant on Oneida Street Miller allegedly made the threats to.

Court records show that Miller is scheduled to be in court on February 29 at 2 p.m. No additional information was provided. Local 5 will update this story as more details are released.
