HCSO: Man in custody after SWAT callout in Dripping Springs

HAYS COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — One person is in custody after the Hays County Sheriff’s Office responded to a SWAT callout in Dripping Springs, according to the sheriff’s office.

HCSO said it received a call around 1:20 p.m. about a man yelling in the roadway near Terrace County Drive. When law enforcement arrived in the area, HCSO said shots were fired at them.

Nathan Nattin was arrested and charged with aggravated assault on a public servant, according to the sheriff’s office.

Officials said the man was taken into custody shortly after 5 p.m. and was being evaluated. No injuries were reported.

Nattin remained in the Hays County Jail as of Sunday afternoon and did not have an attorney listed online.
