Customers attempting to pay online will receive a message saying the service is unavailable. This upgrade does not affect online payments to the municipal court, the City added.
The City’s Information Technology Department will complete the upgrade of the Finance Department’s payment software. In the meantime, other payment options including the drop box on the west side of City Hall, mailing to 602 S. Main, or paying in person at the Finance Department are still available to citizens.
