Love Island star Samantha Kenny has broken her silence after being dumped from the villa.
The star exited the show earlier this week after the recoupling ceremony, which saw Joey Essex recouple with bombshell Grace, thus leaving Samantha single and thus evicted.
In a new post on Instagram, Samantha has spoken about her departure for the first time as she thanked fans for their support, as well as the support of the girls in the villa.

"Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the support I have received," she wrote. "I am so so happy to be home with the people who love me the most.
"I don’t know what I would have done without the girls in the villa the past week, every single one of them are so special and I will be supporting them every step of the way so excited for the next chapter in my life."
In a follow-up video on her Stories, Samantha revealed she had been watching back episodes since she returned to the UK, admitting she was "overwhelmed" with fan support.

"Literally just sat on the couch all day – watched some episodes," she told her followers. "But I am honestly so overwhelmed with the support that I've had. It's been so emotional just reading everyone's comments… and the support that I've had. I'm here for it.
"I am really, really, really pleased," she added, admitting she was her authentic self in the villa and "there was nothing else that [she] could have possibly done".
"But, you know, the name of the game. But yeah, I hope you've enjoyed watching me for the two weeks on your screen. I hope I've done the Scouse girlies proud! And Liverpool proud as well.

"But yeah, thought I would just give you a quick message to say that I've seen everyone's messages, I'm not ignoring anyone, I will get back to them."
Upon her exit, Samantha received praise from fans over her reaction to being dumped, the star rejecting Joey as he tried to console her.
Speaking after her departure, Samantha admitted: "When it comes to Joey, I think if I knew what I know now, I perhaps would have done things differently."
