Man arrested in Marshall for indecent exposure

MARSHALL, Texas (KETK) – The Marshall Police Department said they’ve arrested a 31-year-old man for an indecent exposure incident on Wednesday.

According to Marshall PD, a member of the Marshall Police Department Special Response Team reportedly saw a “distressing incident involving indecent exposure” happen around 6:20 p.m. on W. Austin Street.

Damian Jerel Barr, 31 of Harleton, allegedly “engaged in solo lewd conduct” in public, where at least one family with children could have seen him.

Barr was arrested and charged with indecent exposure. He was released from the Harrison County Jail on Thursday after posting a $2,000 bond.

On Friday, Marshall PD and the Harrison County Violent Crimes Task Force conducted a search of a property on Lake Road in Harleton as a part of an ongoing investigation into this case.
