Man charged in deadly Lithia shooting, deputies say
TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A man was arrested Friday in connection with a deadly shooting in Lithia last month, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
Christian Freebourn, 28, allegedly shot Herbert Harris, 58, multiple times on May 10 in the 5500 block of Kinglethill Drive, deputies said.

“Thanks to the diligent efforts of our detectives, we have successfully arrested the suspect in this tragic case,” Sheriff Chad Chronister said in a statement.
Freebourn was charged with second-degree murder, deputies said.
