Man fails to report back to work release in Davenport

Another worker has failed to report back to work release in Davenport.

Rayshawn Cole (Iowa Department of Corrections)

An email from the Iowa Department of Corrections says Rayshawn Donnell Cole failed to report back to the Davenport Work Release Center as required yesterday. He was convicted of first-degree burglary in Scott County. Cole is a 32-year-old, 5’ 10”, 179-pound Black man. He was admitted to the work release facility on March 18, 2024.

Anyone with information on Cole’s location should contact local police.
