Man killed, 2 others wounded in Fuller Park shooting

CHICAGO — A man was killed and two others were wounded in a shooting early Tuesday in Fuller Park.

Officers responded to a residence in the 4700 block of South Princeton and found three men struck by gunfire.

A man, approximately 45, was shot in the leg and pronounced dead at the University of Chicago Medical Center. A 37-year-old man was transported in critical condition with multiple gunshot wounds to the body.

A 60-year-old man was shot in the arm and transported in good condition.

Police believe there was a verbal altercation in which two gunman shot the men before fleeing.
