Man pleads no contest to assaulting Albuquerque police officers
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A man has pled no contest to two counts of attempted aggravated assault upon an officer and criminal damage to property. Back in December, Superman Amir was trying to get into his ex-girlfriend’s parent’s house and they called the Albuquerque Police Department.

When officers arrived, Amir grabbed two large rocks and threatened them. Amir is facing up to two years behind bars. A sentencing date has not been set.
