Marshall PD receives free 2024 Ram pickup truck

MARSHALL, Texas (KETK) – The Marshall Police Department said they are grateful for the community’s support after they were given a 2024 Ram pickup truck.

According to a release, Patterson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Marshall donated the Ram 2500 that will now sport the departments name, at no cost of the department or residents.

“Their support enhances our ability to serve and protect the community effectively. This donation is a testament to the strong bond between our department and the local businesses that believe in our mission,” Marshall Chief of Police Cliff Carruth said.

The police department said with the addition of the vehicle they’ll be able to support tactical operations, tow their emergency communications trailer and other tasks that require a 3/4 ton truck.
