Meet Argosy Charter School's top 10 graduates of 2024
FALL RIVER — The following students are graduating from Argosy Collegiate Charter School at the academic top of the senior class:
1. Emily B. DeAraujo (valedictorian)
College Attending: Harvard College
Major: Biomedical Engineering
Emily served on the National Honor Society, Honor Roll, and was a member of the Drama Club. She is an accomplished artist, and has earned 38 college credits through the Early College Program.
2. Nina Braga (salutatorian)
College Attending: Emmanuel College
Major: Pre-Med Program
Nina served as President of the National Honor Society, Honor Roll, member of the Drama Club, DND Club President, and earned 34 college credits through the Early College Program.
3. Westerly Kong
College Attending: UMass Dartmouth
Major: Finance
Westerly is a member of the National Honor Society, Honor Roll, recipient of the John & Abigail Adams Scholarship, and has earned 40 college credits through the Early College Program.
4. Brady Miranda
College Attending: UMass Dartmouth
Major: Psychology
Brady is a member of the National Honor Society, Honor Roll, recipient of the John and Abigail Adams Scholarship, and has earned 40 college credits through the Early College Program.
5. Daymien Waterman
College Attending: Worcester Polytechnic Institute
Major: Architectural Engineering
Daymien served as Vice President of the National Honor Society, Honor Roll, recipient of the John & Abigail Adams Scholarship, recipient of the Argosy Founder's Award. Daymien earned 38 college credits through the Early College Program.
6. Abigail Leite
College Attending: UMass Dartmouth/Honors College
Major: Interior Design
Abigail placed on the Honor Roll, Argosy DREAM Award Recipient and has earned 34 college credits through the Early College Program.
7. Kepler Pierre
College Attending: UMass Amherst
Major: Electrical Engineering
Kepler served as a member of the National Honor Society, Honor Roll, played Varsity Volleyball, was a recipient of the John & Abigail Adams Scholarship, and has earned 46 college credits through our Early College Program.
8. Krish Patel
College Attending: UMass Amherst
Major: Healthcare Administration
Krish Patel served as a member of the National Honor Society, played Varsity Flag Football, Basketball and Volleyball. He has earned 44 college credits through the Early College Program and is a recipient of the John & Abigail Adams Scholarship.
9. Jacob Ferreira
College Attending: UMass Dartmouth
Major: Engineering
Jacob has earned 41 credits through the Early College Program, active member of the National Honor Society, Honor Roll and recipient of the John and Abigail Adams Scholarship.
10. Simon Demelo
College Attending: Stonehill College
Major: Marketing and Communications
Simon has earned 33 college credits through the Early College Program, he also served as Student Body President, Honor Roll, and the recipient of the Doors of Opportunity Scholarship.
