Motorcyclist airlifted to hospital after Decatur wreck

DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) – A man was injured in a motorcycle v. vehicle accident Monday morning, according to Decatur Police Department.

DPD said officers responded to a crash on Somerville Road in Decatur just before 8 a.m.

DPD: Two, including 17-year-old, taken to hospital in weekend shootings

The police department said it appeared as though a vehicle traveling south collided with a motorcycle traveling north.

The motorcyclist was airlifted to Huntsville Hospital in critical condition.
