FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WKRN) — A portion of Mack Hatcher has reopened after being closed following a “serious crash,” according to the Franklin Police Department.

The update was posted to an official police department social media account.

The original incident was reported around 3:39 p.m. A post to X, formerly Twitter, from the agency read:

UPDATE: Mack Hatcher remains closed from Lewisburg to Donelson Creek. It will be shut down for an extended period of time due to a serious crash. Please seek an alternate route.
