The arrest report said deputies were called to the Palm Beach Tan on East 9 Mile Road for a report of an incident involving lewd behavior and indecent exposure.

INCIDENT LOCATION:

Deputies arrived and heard that a man, later identified as Holley, had exposed his genitalia to two employees operating the front desk, an arrest report said.

One of the employees told deputies about security cameras inside the store, which she reportedly provided to deputies. Deputies said in the report that they witnessed Holley masturbating in the front of the store while employees were working.

Then, employees reportedly pointed at Holley, who was standing in front of the store, and deputies arrested him.

When deputies asked him his name, Holley allegedly provided a fake name.

The employees told deputies that Holley entered the store and sat in the front of the store for an hour.

Holley allegedly pulled out his genitalia and would “masturbate periodically,” the arrest report said.

He would hide what he was doing any time there were customers in the store, according to the report.

The release said both employees told deputies they were worried for their physical well-being at the time of the incident.
