Pensacola man arrested on multiple sex crime charges: ECSO

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — A Pensacola man is accused of sexually assaulting a minor, according to the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies with the ECSO arrested 64-year-old George Richard Hunter on Monday, June 17.

The charges reportedly stem from an incident in 2014 when, according to Hunter’s arrest report, he inappropriately touched a minor, showed the minor pornography, and exposed himself to the minor.

The incident was reported to law enforcement in October 2023.

Deadly crash near Creola under investigation

Hunter is currently being held without bond at the Escambia County Jail on two counts of lewd lascivious behavior and one count of distribution of obscene material, according to the jail log.
