Police: 16-year-old dead, another wounded after Clarksville domestic-related shooting

One person is dead and another is in critical condition after what police believe was a domestic-related shooting in Clarksville.

Officers were called to a home on Timberline Way at about 9 a.m. Thursday in response to the shooting, according to a statement the department.

Bra'Anna Harbison, 16, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a Clarksville Police Department release.

A second 16-year-old, an unidentified male, was flown to Nashville by medical helicopter and is listed in stable condition.

Police set up a perimeter around the home before finding both people with gunshot wounds. One person was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other was flown to a hospital in Nashville, the statement said.

Currently, the shooting is classified as a domestic-related death investigation, the statement said, and they believe it was an isolated incident with no threat to the public.

The release said the 16-year-old male was the aggressor in the incident and is facing homicide charges.
