Owensboro Police Department

• A juvenile was charged Monday with first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree sodomy.

Daviess County Sheriff’s Office

• Francis Gilles, 68, of the 3200 block of Buckland Square was charged Tuesday with tampering with physical evidence.

• Daniel Stone, 50, of the 4000 block of Little Bluestem Drive was charged Tuesday with first-degree strangulation, first-degree unlawful imprisonment and first-degree wanton endangerment.

Kentucky State Police

• Luis Diaz Gutierrez, 27, of Evansville, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence.
