Russian troops kill resident on Kherson

Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of Kherson Oblast Military Administration, has reported that a 33-year-old civilian man was killed in the Russian attack on the city of Kherson on 20 June.

Background:

  • On the night of 19-20 June, civilian power infrastructure facilities were damaged in four oblasts of Ukraine as a result of a Russian attack: Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk and Kyiv oblasts.

  • The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine reported that seven employees were injured at two power facilities during Russian attacks on 20 June.
