St. Martinville man killed in Iberia Parish crash
NEW IBERIA, La. (KLFY) – A St. Martinville man was killed in a single vehicle crash in Iberia Parish.
According to State Police Troop I, troopers investigated a single vehicle crash on Hwy. 86 near Marshfield Road on Thursday just after 7 p.m. Preliminary evidence showed a vehicle heading westbound on Hwy. 86 left the roadway for unknown reasons and hit a tree.
Five arrested in massage parlor prostitution bust in Rapides Parish
The driver, Brenton Robertson, 35 of St. Martinville, was pronounced dead at the scene. Robertson was not wearing a seatbelt.
A standard toxicology sample was collected from Robertson and submitted for analysis. This crash remains under investigation.
