Stormy Daniels Says ‘I Don't Think My Life Will Ever Be Normal’ Following Donald Trump's Conviction

Stormy Daniels is opening up about the impact Donald Trump’s trial has had on her life.

Appearing on Good Morning Britain on Tuesday, June 4, Daniels, 45, revealed that she doesn't think her “life will ever be normal” following Trump’s conviction on Thursday, May 30.

The former president was found guilty of 34 felony counts over his attempts to conceal $130,000 in hush money that was paid to Daniels in the final days of the 2016 presidential race in an effort to keep her quiet about an alleged sexual encounter they had years prior, which Trump has repeatedly denied.

“I don’t know if I’ve quite processed it yet,” Daniels said. “I made the mistake of thinking that it would be like a movie, that the verdict would be the end, the finale and it would just end and the credits would roll and life would go back.”

However, Daniel said that “it hasn’t been that way. We still have the sentencing, we had the fallout from that and I don’t think that my life will ever be normal.”

Daniels also spoke about how she had to wear a bulletproof vest during her visits to court.

“It’s not so much Trump,” she said. “We have a man who has been accused of inciting the January 6 capitol riots and encouraging his followers to react violently and I got some serious death threats daily against my family, daughter.”

After adding that she received “graphic” and “horrifying” threats, Daniels revealed that one particular email sent to her seemed odd.

“I showed it to some law enforcement friends here in Florida and they said, ‘You know what, it’s better safe than sorry. You’re not gonna regret wearing this if someone shoots at you,’ ” Daniels recalled, adding that walking from the car to the stand in the courtroom was when she was at the highest risk.

“I was pretty sure that somebody would do anything to stop me from getting on the stand,” she said.

Daniels also said in the interview that she thinks Trump is “scared and will react” due to it being the first time he could “lose some of his freedoms.”

Following Trump’s conviction, Daniels told The Mirror, "I’ve been telling the truth the entire time. It’s not over for me. It’s never going to be over for me. Trump may be guilty, but I still have to live with the legacy.”
