Three Colts to Keep Your Eye On Against The Cowboys
The Colts take on the Dallas Cowboys in JerryWorld, and are looking to bounce back after an embarrassing defeat at the hands of the Detroit Lions. Many players will be fighting for their life on the roster, and will need to stand out in order to make the roster. Here are three guys to watch out for tonight.

T.J. Green
During practice, the Colts have been experimenting with T.J. Green playing cornerback. His 6’3″ frame with 4.3 speed could make him a deadly cornerback in the future if he can hone his coverage skills. That is a big if for a player who struggled to cover last season. I am unsure about this move, but I already elaborated on this thought. He has been getting first team reps in camp, and will likely get some against the Cowboys. It will be interesting to see if Green can stay with pro receivers. If so, the position change is a huge win for the Colts.
Marlon Mack
Mack Makes his NFL debut tonight as he was sidelined with a minor injury during week 1. Mack is one of the most intriguing players on the Colts, as he provides shiftiness, speed, and a great receiving threat out of the backfield, which is something the Colts lack, and desperately need. Frank Gore can most likely not play forever, and when his time comes, someone needs to step up and take his place. Marlon Mack could be that guy. His ability to make guys miss also takes some pressure off of the offensive line.
Johnathan Hankins
Marquee free agent signing Johnathan Hankins is slated to make his preseason debut against Dallas. The Colts’ run defense has been suspect for a long time now, and even with the many improvements Chris Ballard has made this offseason, needs an anchor in the middle.
Two seasons ago, Hankins was one of the best defensive tackles in the business, recording 51 tackles and seven sacks along with being one of the best run stoppers in the NFL. Although the linebackers, namely Edwin Jackson, played well in run coverage, the defense was gashed up the middle repeatedly. Hopefully Hankins can shine against the Cowboys, who have one of the best offensive lines in the NFL.
