Traffic Alert: Vehicle fire causes delays in northwest Austin

AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Austin Police Department said officers were responding to a vehicle on fire in northwest Austin Friday afternoon.

According to APD, the scene was on Research Boulevard heading north at the Braker exit ramp.

Police said drivers should expect closures and delays, as well as find alternate routes.
