Tuesday will have some increased weather activity thanks to a windy day with showers making their way onshore.

Isolated lightning storms are possible Tuesday afternoon, according to NWS Melbourne.

The chances of rain are 15%- 25% near Leesburg, then increase to 25%- 45% for Daytona Beach, Sanford, Orlando, and Kissimmee.

The southern parts of Central Florida have a 40%-55% chance for rain, according to NWS Melbourne.

Temperatures throughout the area range from the high 80s to the low 90s.

There is a high risk for rip currents at area beaches.

Small craft should exercise caution across local Atlantic water.
