Win and You’re In! – 2024 Class 6A Boys & Girls Semifinals

BOYS

No. 1 seed Bryant defeated No. 3 seed North Little Rock 62-41 to advance to the Class 6A Championship Saturday. The Hornets will take on No. 2 seed Central down in Hot Springs after the Tigers won a close game over Springdale Har-Ber 59-55. Central clinches it’s first state title berth since 2021, while Bryant punches their ticket to state for the first time since 2019. Both teams lost in the title game those years. This will be third matchup this season between the two. Bryant swept the regular season series in route to winning the 6A-Central conference title. Tipoff for the boys Class 6A Championship is set for Friday, March 8th at 7:45 pm at Bank OZK Arena.

GIRLS

4TH-seeded Central took down No. 2 seed North Little Rock in a rival, overtime thriller, winning 59 to 56 Saturday. The Lady Tigers advance to the program’s first-ever trip to the Class 6A Championship. They will have to dethrone the reigning 6A champs if they want to win it all. No. 1 seed Conway beat 3rd-seeded Cabot 54-43. The Lady Wampus Cats have now won 14 straight games and swept the season series against Central, ultimately winning the 6A-Central conference title. Tipoff for the girls Class 6A Championship is set for Friday, March 8th at 6 p.m. at Bank OZK Arena.
